국립춘천박물관 본관 중앙 홀의 계단과 벽면 LED 스크린에 관동팔경을 주제로 제작한 영상을 맵핑하는 프로젝트를 진행했습니다. 국내 최초 16K, 28M*3.6M에 이르는 초대형 디스플레이에 걸맞는 Full CGI 영상 연출로 관객에게 현실 그 이상의 몰입도를 선사합니다. 강원도의 관동팔경을 옛 고서인 해동명산도첩의 구도를 반영하여 아름다운 자연경관으로 재현했고, 실제 모습을 본따 구성한 공간과 조선시대 화첩의 화풍을 녹여내어 관동팔경의 과거와 현재가 서로 조화를 이루며 어우러지도록 표현했습니다.
특히 관람객이 자연 속에서 풍광을 직접 바라보는 듯한 구도를 의도하여, 현대의 관람객이 옛 사람들의 시선으로 관동팔경의 아름답고 웅장한 모습을 관람할 수 있도록 연출했습니다.

Imagopictures was tasked with producing the visual spectacle for Chuncheon National Museum’s Main Hall. The exhibit will present a stunning full CGI reel on Korea’s first 16K, 28m * 3.6m mega display. The LED screen display uses projection mapping technology to show off faithfully restored, modernized visions of the ‘Eight Great Views of East Korea’. By harmonizing the past and the present, we were able to reproduce the same styles and artwork from ancient sketches and landscapes contained in the antique Haedong Myeongsan Sketches. Our primary intention was to allow visitors to feel swept away by the natural wonder on display; to transport them back in time to feel and breathe the experiences of the people of our past.
